Etkon allows us to use new materials such as :Zirconia , coron (non precious biocompatible alloy) titanium, and polycon and polymide suitable for long term temporary crowns.

Lava
The Lava all ceramic system uses innovative cad-cam technology to shape a remarkably strong material into highly aesthetic all ceramic crowns and bridges with precision fit.
Lava has 8 diffrent framework shades and also has the option to lazer sinter alloys and mill veneering porcelains.
New additions this year will be the full abutment system for the astra implant system(atlantis) and the chairside oral scanner C.O.S . This will eliminate the use of impression materials in the surgery and allow the surgeon to scan the restoration and send it directly to the laboratory for designing . This product could change the future of dentistry and custom dental laboratory will be at the forefront with lava and 3M ESPE.
