Custom dental laboratory is the leading dental laboratory in implants. Many of our clients are renown specialists in implants, who lecture nationally and worldwide. These clinets rely on the best possible laboratory work , which we provide using our highly skilled team.
Headed by Gottfried Otto Von Manheim who has a vast knowledge and experience in all implant systems. Having trained in Germany, Sweden and Norway his techniques are far superior to those seen in the U.K
The way that the metal substructure, abutment milling and trimming and jig construction are fabricated, set the team, and the laboratory apart from any other implant laboratory.
We maintain a high level of training in the laboratory and are proud to have platinum straumann trained technicians , the laboratory maintains it’s platinum status by attending yearly updates that keep us in the forefront of new ideas in the implant world.
We currently undertake in the region of 14 systems and will research fully any system a client would prefer to use.
We also have the Nobel guide software and will assist any client in producing guide stents and final restorations in this field.
Systems used to date : Straumann, Replace Select , Branemark, Astra, Xive Southern Implants , Ankylos , Revo, Innova ,PHI,Frialit,Corevent,Bicon.
We undertake a large selection of implant bars and milled bars to retain both dentures and telescopic frame works . Implantology is a passion for us at custom dental and our aim is not only to produce a fantastic aesthetic result but also to take into account tissue management and assisting our clients to achieve the best result possible.
